It sounds cliche, but the Spinners are one of kind when compared to other 4-5 male soul singing group for the easy to see love that had for each other. \u00a0Their conditions of growing up were identical and it shows it their stage presentation that every show was teir first talent show of trying to give te audienace everything that they had to offer.<\/p>\n

“Then Came You” is a 1974 Grammy-nominated hit for\u00a0soul<\/a> singer Dionne Warwick and The Spinners, which\u00a0was written by Sherman Marshall and Phillip T. Pugh, and produced by Thom Bell. \u00a0The soul on this mix is vintage Motown and the songs of the early 1960’s. \u00a0What’s cool about it is how the Spinners went for sound at all times and used female voices frequently in many of their tunes.<\/p>\n
